ABOUT US Since 2008 City Voices Cardiff has been directly involved in raising:-
We have also been involved in events which have raised £15,000 for Help for Heroes, £7,500 for British Heart Foundation, £500 for Ty Hafan and over £1,200 for Padre Lerchundi Children's Centre in Tangiers. During 2021 we will continue to fundraise for Sunday Circle Cardiff Reg Charity 1078250
NEW MEMBERS INFORMATION
UPDATED - January 2021 City Voices is now a well-established choir,
with only a few vacancies periodically becoming available. As a
result of this, we have taken the decision to close our waiting
list. Instead, we will be reviewing our membership bi-annually each
May and November. At that time, we will advertise any vacancies, by
voice type, on our website and Social Media. Therefore, if you are
interested in joining City Voices, please keep an eye on our website
or social media accounts. Any vacancies will be filled on a
first-come first-served basis. For your information, we rehearse at Fitzalan High School on Lawrenny Avenue, Cardiff from 7.30 to 10pm on Tuesdays. Membership costs £180 per year and most members pay this by monthly standing order. New members are offered 3 free trial rehearsals over a 5 week period prior to being asked to decide whether they would like to join the choir.
Due to the ongoing pandemic we are unlikely to return to 'in person' rehearsals until later this year, we will therefore not be accepting new members until January 2022
